Orders are typically processed in 1-3 business days excluding US holidays.

USA
We offer free ground shipping on orders within United States (including Hawaii).
Express shipping options within the United States are available for an additional fee.

Approximate delivery times are as follows:
Standard (UPS Ground) - (1 to 5 business days)
Express (UPS 2nd Day Air) - (2 business days)
Next day (UPS Air) - (1 business day)

CANADA
We offer free shipping to Canada on orders over $250
Shipping to Canada is $15 for orders below $250

Approximate delivery times are as follows:
Standard (UPS or DHL Express) - (2 to 7 business days)

TRANSIENCE does not cover customs & duty charges for international shipments at this time including Canada.

ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL
Free Shipping on all international orders over $250 by UPS or DHL.
For orders less than $250 the rate will vary based on your location, enter in your shipping address at checkout to get the shipping rate.

Standard (UPS or DHL) - (3 to 7 business days)

TRANSIENCE does not cover customs & duty charges for international shipments at this time.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your bag for another style or color please email your request to hello@thetransience.com within 14 days of receiving your order. 

RETURNS RESTOCKING FEE - All orders placed after JUNE 21 2022 are subject to a $15 shipping & restocking fee per item returned.

TRANSIENCE accepts returns for all items that adhere to the below conditions.  

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  1. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Returns must be shipped back to us with 30 days of receiving your return shipping label.
  3. All original tags must remain attached.
  4. Item(s) must be in original condition and unused
  5. Return must include original dustbag & all straps & accessories.
  6. Item(s) were not marked as FINAL SALE, SAMPLE SALE or PRE-ORDER at the time of purchase.

Items marked as 'Final Sale, Sample Sale or Pre-Order' in the product description cannot be returned. Any items returned outside the return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn, will not be accepted for return. TRANSIENCE reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.

HOW TO RETURN:
Contact TRANSIENCE via hello@thetransience.com to obtain a shipping label quoting your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return. 

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

DOMESTIC RETURNS
Please ensure you post back your return using the shipping label provided as TRANSIENCE cannot be held liable for any lost packages.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
TRANSIENCE does not cover any postage costs associated with international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you post back your return using the a traceable service as TRANSIENCE cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived safely to us! 

GIFTS
If the product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he / she will find out about your return.
