We offer Free Shipping via UPS Ground on orders within the continental U.S. and Canada. Express shipping options within the U.S. and Canada are available for an additional fee.
* Orders must be received by 12pm ET for Express shipments to go out the same day.

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Approximate delivery times are as follows:

Standard (UPS Ground) - (3 to 8 business days)
Express (UPS 2nd Day Air) - (2 to 3 business days)

International Orders

We now offer Free Shipping on all international orders over $200 via DHL Express. For orders less than $200, we ship at a flat rate of $40.
* Please note we are unable to ship to Russia at this time

If you would like to exchange your bag for another style or color please email your request to within 10 days of receiving your order.

TRANSIENCE accepts returns for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions. 


  1. Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
  2. All original tags must remain attached.
  3. Item(s) must be in original condition and unused
  4. Return must include original invoice and Returns Form including an R.A Number obtained from customer service.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned. Any items returned outside the 10 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn, will not be accepted for return. TRANSIENCE reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender. A restocking fee of $8 will be deducted from your order for the return.


Contact TRANSIENCE via to obtain an R.A Number, quoting your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return. Once you have your unique R.A Number, please complete the returns form, and send your return back to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as TRANSIENCE cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived safely to us! TRANSIENCE does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.


If the product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he / she will find out about your return.



If unfortunately you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at and we will gladly offer a replacement or another solution.
